Eligibility
We accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Incorrect product shipped
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Wrong size (for first exchange only)

Conditions

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • Return pickup is subject to serviceability by our logistics partners.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  2. Select the item and click Return/Exchange
  3. Choose reason, upload photo if needed
  4. We’ll confirm via email and arrange pickup

Refund policy

If Any case your refund is approved your amount will be credited within 5 to 7 business day to the original payment method.

We accept Return,Exchange and replacement in 7 business day

Your replacement/exchange products Will be delivered in 5 to 6 business day.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after item is received and verified.
  • For COD orders, refund will be done via UPI or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked final sale
